RUQ Pain: Get a second opinion - preferably from a gastroenterologist. Organs in the area you describe include :, gallbladder, liver and colon. The right kidney presumably has already been ruled out as a source. Potential explanations are too lengthy to be discussed here. The best option is to get an objective second opinion.

Consider biliary dyskinesia: Another cause of gallbladder pain is biliary dyskinesia. There are no stones, so the usual test are negative. You would need a hida scan with cck to rule out this problem. Treatment if your ejection fraction is low would be removal of gall bladder.
