Gallbladder issues: a bad gallbladder can be serious if it becomes infected, ruptures and the common bile duct becomes obstructed with a gallstone. IF symtpoms worsen or you develop juandice, increased pain and fever, go directly to ER.

Can be serious: Gall Bladder attack is caused by a stone or infection In gall bladder,which will present with pain.nausea&vomiting and jaundice in chronic cases.I suggest you either go to ER or a Clinic and get checked if you feel you have symptoms of gall bladder condition acute or chronic
