Stroke symptoms ?: At 37 weeks of pregnancy, one sided "numbness" on "face and body" with "slurred speech and dizzyness" may indicate a transient ischemic attack" (TIA) which may come from hypertension in pregnancy, or a number of other causes. See your OB physician immediately for an exam or referral to a neurologist for vascular studies.
