Neurologist: Numbness in the face, if truly present, is a manifestation of vth cranial nerve disease. Therefore, it is hard to have pain and numbness at the same time. But with the tightness of the cheek and pain and numbness on one side of the face, i would definitely see a neurologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
