Sore incision: C/S incisions at "four weeks" are tender because of sensitive pain receptors activated by the inflammation response with scar formation. Numbing of the leg may be due to pressure on the sensory nerves caused by positions during sleep if prolonged on one side. In either case, most will resolve in another month or so.
