Hi there, the left side of my left knee and surrounds are constantly numb and get quite sore if i stand for extended periods? any ideas?

However, with numbness, you may need to see a neurologist, or perhaps a neurosurgeon if the numbness is orinating fron the spine. You will likely need some x-rays and maybe more sophistocated neurologic testing to help pinpoint the location and cause of your symptoms.
