No: Sleeping too much is linked with many of the same health risks as sleeping too little, including heart disease, metabolic problems such as diabetes and obesity, and cognitive issues including difficulty with memory.So if you are sleeping too much or too little talk to your doctor,you may need a sleep study or another workup for sleep apnea,narcolepsy,heart or diabetes problems,etc

Regular hours: It better to have schedule for going to bed and getting up. Do not sleep more than 9 hours/day. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
