RLQ soreness with : burning and pain are suggestive of a urinary tract infection but could also be related to a pelvic infection or ovarian cyst. Appendicitis is usually associated more with nausea and low grade fever and progresses rapidly in 1-2 days, but other GI disorders could also be considered. Abdominal and...: Question is a bit vague, but pains can be from one of many abdominal or back issues. A doctor's exam is needed. Also, a person starting shingles can have burning pain of the skin where the rash will happen. Her primary care doctor can evaluate to see what the pains are all about.
