Acute abdomen: Your stomach pain could be due to multiple reasons. If you are active sexually, get a pregnancy test. A pelvic exam will be necessary to rule out pelvic infection. Get a urinalysis to rule out urinary tract infection. Further examination of your hip and a rectal exam is warranted.
