Doc says small squishy lump in bend of arm is hematoma from carrying very heavy purse everyday. but it hasnt gone away. 2 months. no change. ?

Askyour physician: Are you still putting pressure there.If still carring the purse there will not resolve until that happens.If it is a hematoma then may take a while but should be getting smaller.Look into other causes gout-it may or may not hurt,lipoma,some other type of mass.Can request an xray or ultrasound or other studies if indicated depending on above.
