No question here: This needs to be seen today. You don't know what may have bitten you, a blackened or bruised area that large is a concern. If you feel sick and especially if you have fever, best that you go to your doctor today. Don't try and drain this at home. Let the physician do it, that way they can test fluid for culture. Heal swiftly!
