Rhinorrhea: Nasal secretion clear can be from allergies. Also certain smells and tasts can cause gustator rhinitis.

Not always simple: Clear fluid leaking from the nose can be caused by a few diferent things. Allergies and colds are among them but, there can be more rare things, too. Consider seeing an ENT who specializes in 'rhinology' (nose and sinus diseases). Also, if you can, collect a little of the fluid in a cup and seal it. They can test it and that may shed light on your situation.
