I was recently diagnosed with a concussion a week ago without imaging. ive been having horrible headaches off & on sincetoday with my headache ive been having a cold water or ice cold sensation in one particular spot of my head. what could this be?

Headaches following closed head injuries are not rare, but a progressive headache might be a sign of late development of a subdural hematoma. Worthwhile for you to see your doctor or go to an urgent care center, and have this evaluated further.
