Get examined: If this is sudden pain as well as tender abdomen and not normal menstural cramps go get seen today.this could be UTI,kidney stone,pneumonia if higher up,ovarian cyst,constipation,diverticulitis,etc.Without more information hard to give an opinion.Therefore need to get seen and examined.
