See a doctor: I doubt the pain is related to the blood in the feces but it can be. The blood in stool can be from inflammatory bowel diseases (Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis), fissures, hemorrhoids, cancer, and other blood vessels abnormalities. Having a family history of colon cancer makes it a must to see a doctor. Be safe and get examined to get the appropriate remedy.
