Why is everything on google coming up as cancer for my young husband who has terrible back pain at night (when @ rest) but gets better with activity??

Dr Google: There are many causes of back pain and thank goodness that their are a lot more common causes than Cancer.Dr Google is no substitute for a through history and a physical to come up a diagnosis.Dr google just lays out all causes and you have to choose from there.There are some good websites but there are just as many that have junk on them .
