What happens if you leave a bartholin's cyst untreated?

May/may not resolve: If the cyst becomes an abscess it will become more and more painful,can create a cellulitis or cause infection into the bloodstream.However if just remains a cyst may drain on its own,becomes an abscess and drains on own may resolve but usually an abscess requires drainage.
