Pregnant? : If the dates are correct, and the TV ultrasound shows "three sacs" without showing a fetus and a heartbeat, the chances of a viable pregnancy are minimal. If your ovulation were delayed, and therefore the conception date, without bleeding at this point, get a quantitative HCG test and if positive, wait another 10-14 days and have the ultrasound repeated.
