Possible pregnancy: I think that you mean that the U/S should an empty uterine sac. Most probably this is what is called a blighted ovum, meaning that there is no fetal development.

Miscarriage?: Sadly, it sounds as though U may have miscarried, based on the empty egg sac and 2 days' bleeding. Best to consult with your OB doc to confirm or deny. If confirmed, OB will need to remove retained tissue to prevent future complications (D&C).
