Yes: Absolutely! If those tests are negative in a 26 year non-smoker (you), you can rest assured that you don't have CAD (blocked artery).

Probably : there is still a very small chance of CAD even if all the tests are negative. Based on your age and the tests, I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.
