Probably at home: Most pink eye is due to a virus and sometimes the same virus infects the nose and throat. Antibiotics are not helpful for virus infections. If the vision remains good and the pain is just discomfort but not severe you can wait a week for this to get better by itself with the help of your immune system. Keep it clean and treat your strep throat if that was diagnosed by a doctor.

Yes: You need to see your doctor and start antibiotics, if you haven't already, as for your eyes, you may very well have conjunctivitis, most probably, your doctor would prescribe antibiotics locally too, or refer you to an ophthalmologist if need be, good luck

If you have Strep...: And have not yet started antibiotics for that, and know it is Strep because you have a household or close contact who was diagnosed in person by a doctor with culture or rapid test positive for Strep A then you need oral antibiotics. The sooner the better. If not, you may have a viral syndrome and the treatment for that depends on which virus you have or don't have. Get seen in person today.
