Head injury: More details>did you hit your head in accident, did you lose consciousness, have nausea/vomiting at any time, and were you evaluated with an exam AND X-ray (usually a CT scan). Even if all had been evaluated and done at the time by a physician, a scalp hematoma (collection of blood) outside the skull or even a small skull missed fracture is possible explanation of symptoms.
