Periodically (can't see a pattern), i experience headaches - dull pain around one or both temples, accompained by swelling aroun one or both temples and one or both sides of my nose. sometimes, i experience tingling above my eyebrow lasting for weeks?

Evaluate: Likely you experience migraine events. However, you may need evaluation of sinuses, jaws, dentition. Start with your regular doctor, but a neurologist may well be useful. Perhaps, we at HT can assist via a Concierge appt.
