See your Doc 1 st : if you have neck pain/ back and numbness of hands it could be probelm in cervical ( neck ) disks. Compression of nervs ging from neck to hands. Before you decide to see Chiropractor - see your docotr for exam and possibel C spine X rays. it is very common after age 50 to have some degenerated disks. Regullar exercise and physical therapy is way to go.
