The fact that this: occurs while you are lying down probably reflects the unimpeded flow of blood into your hands. When you take a deep breath you increase the venous return to your heart by lowering the intrathoracic pressure. The subsequent beating of your heart pushes out the increased blood volume warming your hands. Sounds pretty normal.
