I have pnemonia and I am wondering how long it is normal to have night sweats and sweating chills thru out the day for? been on antibiotic for 48 hrs

Had pneumonia&sepsis in January. no damage to heart/lungs/organs. Most symptoms have resolved. Still leg pain but can walk/run. Will leg pain resolve?
