Today after washing my hands, my hands would turn extremely red and stay red. why? am i sick? i feel fine and have tons of energy.

Hands turn red: I would not worry too much if you feel fine.One reason may be just the increased blood flow.Another could be an allergic reaction to the soap in which if having other symptoms change the soup.
