Localized=contact: Rashes that are localized to one area of the body usually represent contact with a triggering agent. That can be plant, liquid, dust. or other form. Contact rashes generally emerge 8-24 hrs after the contact. Defining the agent requires detective work. Most respond to simple over the counter hydrocortizone cream.
