I got a single red pimple-like spot on my upper outer side of inner labia. feels soft-like, looks irritated, doesn't hurt, doesn't itch.(not sex. active, always washing hands before cleanin) i'm putting zinc cream on it. any other suggestions please?

More than likely this is a benign mucinous cyst which is irritated/inflamed but not clearly infected. I recommend applying warm wet compresses. Pat dry and apply an antibacterial ointment. Wear white cotton panties &avoid tight jeans,etc. If increased pain,swelling, or,spreading redness develop, see a physician or gynecologist for evaluation and treatment.
