Possible latent : fungal infection: try Momistat 3 or Terazole 3 vaginal suppositires and for the pimples , a pea sized drop of 1% Hydrocortisone cream mixed with a pea sized drop of clotrimazole cream ( anti-fungal) $1.00 aqt the dollar store for each cream.
