My 4yr old twins have asthma but it wants not an issue until they started crche they had several attacks and coughing. how can i help them?

Work with their doc: Day care is a new environment that will expose the kids to more URI's & other things that could trigger events. A good start would be to get a good evaluation on both & set up specific treatment plan based on these factors & comply with that plan. Proper followup & a good relationship with your pcp helps assure you can adjust treatment as changes arise.

Inbox consultation: It may be helpful to review their asthma histories in detail during an inbox consultation. Were the twins born prematurely? An asthma plan can be provided with a consult. In the meantime, avoid any known triggers, and a flu vaccination is recommended, unless there is a contraindication.
