Empty calories: When we are fatigued, weak, or sometimes ill, we consume foods that contain empty or useless calories but we think will give us energy, e.g., sugary things, junk food, etc. The result is that we are worse because blood sugar spikes and then falls. If you have frequent infections please see doctor to find out the cause. Your immune system MAY be weak and can be boosted w/sleep, healthy food plan.
