Back, leg symptoms: The combination of low back pain and neurological symptoms in the leg and vulva raises possibility of spinal cord or nerve root impingement by a herniated intervertebral disk low down in the spinal column. I recommend that you be evaluated by a neurosurgeon as soon as possible in view of the progressing symptoms to prevent serious neurological damage.
