What can happen if a needle breaks during a blood test ( too tiny that the nurse didnt notice it ) can the body get rid of it ?

Not likely: It is unlikely that a needle used to draw blood can be exposed to such a force that it could break off in soft-tissue, such as skin, miscle or a blood vessel. If this were to happen, the broken peice can be easliy identified with x-ray or ultrasound.
