This : This is a very dangerous thing to do. You could cause trauma/injury to your rectum and surrounding structures. Also you could cause an infection. For a suspected hemorrhoid of this size you should see your doctor. You will likely need a biopsy or surgical procedure depending on your doctor's assessment. Good luck.

Dr : Dr jackson made some good points. This is really a massive hemorroid. I recommend that you be evaluated by a general surgeon (instead of doing bathroom surgery on yourself).
