Good afternoon, i seem to have floating poop all the time, sometimes i go out and it's almost like diarrhea and sometimes like normal but all the time it floats. i've been for colonoscopy and endoscopy and both are clear just a hiatus hernia pls help?

Malabsorption: Floating stools can indicate a high fat content, which can be a sign of malabsorption, a condition in which you can't absorb enough fat and other nutrients from the food you're ingesting. When your poop (stool) floats, it can be associated with celiac disease or chronic pancreatitis. I would recommend that you see a health care provider to be further evaluated with lab testing
