Coccyx pain: If you have fallen and landed on your buttocks, the coccyx is easily fractured. If the pain is worse on movement or sitting down, pain medications may help, but there is no treatment for a fractured coccyx. If the pelvic pain persists, see your gyn provider for an exam, as this may be due to other causes.

Agree with Dr. B.: You may take acetaminophen for the pain, not more than 4 g in one day. You do need to see a doctor for an in-person evaluation. Get HPV vaccination.

Tailbone pain: How long is it going on and how did it start? Have you tried motrin like products if not allergic, or Tylenol? is it constant? Are you constipated? is it there when standing or just sitting? if when sitting can try "doughnut" cushion. Would also follow up with MD may need imaging to see if fracture or mass or other process. f/u /w/ MD
