Mouth: The mouth ulcers can be from cold sores or a type of herpes simplex - type one. This is very common. In rare case autoimmune issues can cause mouth sores. Discoloration of the tongue can be related to lichen planus. If this is persistent or getting worse, it would be reasonable to see you primary physician for evaluation and consider treatment possibly with oral steroid paste if indicated.
