Oral blisters: Any burning sensation or pain? Possibility of herpes zoster (shingles) comes to mind. Might also be aphthous stomatitis/canker sores. Could also be herpes simplex from oral-genital sex. See ENT or infectious disease specialist for evaluation & treatment.

Erythema Multiform: Any lesions on any other parts of the body? Hands, eyes? Em for example can present with signs described by you. Lichen planus, pemphigus, herpes can present same.
