Ulcer under tongue: The question is, how long has she had the ulcer. If it is recent, and it is actually an ulcer, it should heal spontaneously in 7-10 days. It she has had the ulcer longer than 10 days, it needs to be examined. It may be something other than an ulcer, and may need to be biopsied.
