I feel like something is stuck in throat but no amount of clearing my throat or water is alleviating it. do you think i may have acid reflux or worse?

See ENT: It definitely could be reflux or something on a tonsil or throat. Go see an ENT who can look down your throat and see. May also need a look in your stomach if nothing is seen in your throat.

Reflux: You may be dealing with laryngopharyngeal reflux which is different from GERD or acid reflux. LPR unfortunately is stubborn and difficult to eradicate but sometimes antiGERD measures and medications help. An Otolaryngologist is best to consult.
