It is unlikely that: your symptoms are cardiac related. It certainly could be GI, musculoskeletal or psychogenic. Continue the prilosec but if the symptoms persist for more than few more weeks it would be reasonable to get things checked out by a health care professional

Many possibilities : Prilosec treats stomach pain/discomfort from heartburn, so if it’s helping, then it’s possible you have acid reflux. Of note: Prilosec’s only recommended for 2 weeks over the counter. If your discomfort lasts longer or gets worse, then it’s time for a doctor evaluation. There are many other possible causes like certain foods, eating too much, some medications or conditions, tobacco, and genetics.
