Get evaluated : Chest & arm pain may represent signs of a heart attack....Get evaluated asap & chew an adult aspirin...Call 911 if someone cannot get you to the er quickly.

You need evaluation: Pain symptoms that you have maybe secondary to a number of reasons. It maybe related to chest wall, backbone, heart, lungs, esophagus, etc. You have to be seen for clinical, laboratory or imaging studies to get to the bottom if your complaint. It sounds serious enough to be evaluated thoroughly.
