It takes time: There is nothing that you can do speed up the process. Osteopathic cranial treatment may help with the headaches. http://www.cranialacademy.com has a doctor finder function to find someone in your area to help.

Time will heal: Small amount of blood in the brain can disappear on ct scans after a week. Obviously larger amounts will take longer. The breakdown product of the blood itself is an irritant to the brain, and can cause symptoms (headaches, nausea, vomiting, etc.) long after the blood is gone on ct scan. Steroids may help initially. It just takes time to heal.
