My back hurts daily not to the point where i take meds tho.my back and neck also crack very easily and this has just started in the last 6-8 months?

Back pain: First question and often forgotten concern; is your back pain from the spine and only due to mechanical, muscle, joint, nerve or disc issues? At 16 years old this should be answered. Why does your back and neck "crack?" Maybe from excessive attempts to "crack" it yourself which results in the ligament weakening. The answer to your back pain may be best answered by a good physical examination.
