?Ac..Bacterial GE...: You likely have Bacterial gastroenteritis, needs immediate Dx and Rx, there is a long list of differential Dx. Advising against treating yourself, particularly after 3 days of severe symptoms !!! My advice will be to go to your PCP or GI for detailed management ASAP.
