Three : Three days is a long time for these symptoms and i advise that he has an examination by your doctor. Having vomiting every night for three days is concerning. The stomach flu is very contagious, so if no one else has it that is also concerning. Please take him for an avaluation. If he has increased pain, fever, or vomiting, or any rash, then he would have to be seen as an emergency.
