Is yogurt a decent source of probiotics while recovering from gastroenteritis (once you have started back with chicken broth and crackers at least and are 48 hrs passed the last diarrahea episode )? and can i take tums (calcium carbonate) for heartburn?

Ans: Yogurt is beneficial to the gi track. So this is good. You can take runs but for short time. Best for you to drink water exercise and quit the junk foods and fatty foods
