The leg cramps can be due to electrolyte disturbance from the diarrhea and vomiting. This can continue for a few more days but each day should be at least a little better than the day before. If your symptoms are not improving, see your doctor. Drinking Gatorade to replace electrolytes may be helpful. Good luck to you!
