Mild stinging pain in inner ear. Mildly distorted sounds (echo-robot like), no wax, no other symptoms. Sinus pockets feel full though. Been 3 weeks.

Possible sinus infection. Dr gave me amoxicillin 875 mg tid for 10 days. Used for 4 days now. Why would dried ear wax come out next morning?
